I couldn't think o a good design for him so I went with my brother's idea uvu;

Personality : He is tricky but is also an idiot. You can easily fool him but he will DEFINITELY, get you back.
Likes : Money, shiny things, and cat nip.
Dislikes : Water, lightning, and dogs.
Fears : WATER AND LIGHTNING
Job : He is a thief.
Biography : Butch was raised in the wrong ways, with the belief that stealing is okay but never had a proper education. His tail is a VERY WEIRD glowing tail that is just fog nothing special about it, it just moves and moves around. He gauze as a mask, or just as a neat ear accessory. The thing is, due to the fact that he's easily fooled no one sees him as a threat even if he IS a thief. Why? Because Butch feels bad about stealing and ends up returning whatever he stole. But he DOES get in trouble, usually 1 or 2 days in jail depending on what he's stolen. For a 20 year old he has the personality of a 10 year old. His sack is usually filled with shiny items, money or candy he takes from the candy store.
